Andrew Regan - Da Boss
A legend amongst Newcastle and Lake Macquarie windsurfers and kitesurfer. Back in 1981, Andrew got on a sailboard, and still hasn't stopped. In 2000 he added kitesrufing. Seven Australian titles in windsurfing, AWAYF qualified in instructing, but just does kitesurfing for the pure pleasure and thrills

David Sorensen - Kitesurfing Specialist
Originally a windsurfer with years of experience, David made the transition to kitesurfing in 2001 when it was in its infancy, and is now one of Newcastle's leading authorities in kiting. He's been a Level 2 IKO Instructor for the past two years, and has been instructing for four years. Dave recently came second overall in the Australian Kitesurfing League Tour in 2004.

Jason Morris - Windsurfing Specialist
A Newcastle local, Jason has been windsurfing for 20 years, since age 14. In that time, Jason has seen many advances in all discpine of windsurfing, and has done it all - freestyle, racing, wave riding and free riding. Jason has taught hundreds of beginners how to enjoy the sport. Jason has sailed all up and down the east coast of Australia from Queensland to Victoria (not all at once though!)

Lauren Evans - Accounts and Admin
Although her primary role is ensuring that the books and the finances of Board Crazy are running smoothly, she has taken an interest in learning both kiteboarding and windsurfing. Not for the adrenalin rush, mind you. Just so she knows what the guys are rabbiting on about!
