Windsurfing Boards

Sail boards are epoxy with a styroform core. Very tough, very durable to handle the extremes of nature... and they've come a long way since the early days.

Beginners Board - are wide, stable, and easy to use. Beginners will find it a breeze to stand up on a beginner board and up-hail the sail - essential for newbies that haven't mastered water-starts. Beginner boards are available in different sized, but generally speaking one beginner board should be able to cater to the whole family.

Free-ride boards - these plane early, turn sharp and 'bump and jump' - meaning that you can launch off the water surface without a wave. Excellent for going hard on flat water.

Wave boards - tough, strong, and durable. These are made for extreme manoeuvrability and performance in wave conditions, so you can head out into the wild blue yonder and launch off the lip of the wave, before riding it back into shore.

Race boards - whether slalom racing or course race on formula gear, race boards are designed to go fast. Slalom boards are full speed models that turn really quick. Formula gear are designed to carry bigger rigs and sail a technical course where you have to understand the wind and use it effectively to win.

Freestyle/Freestyle Wave - both on flat water and waves, freestyle boards allow you to bust the latest freesytle moves such as sliding 360's, spins and sailing on the board backwards - also known as riding fakie.
